Powerball players would be excited to know that their favorite lottery is returning Monday night with a new jackpot. Since no one won in the previous draw, the prize at stake has gotten bigger.
For the May 30 “Memorial Day” draw, ticket holders will be vying for the $157 million jackpot, which has a cash value worth $93.2 million.
The countdown to Monday’s drawing has already started, and will ultimately close at exactly 10:59 p.m. ET, just a minute before the official drawing at 11 p.m. ET.
