When the stars align in your favor this Wednesday night, you could wake up a millionaire tomorrow. But before you hit the sack, don’t miss the opportunity to watch the latest Powerball drawing. Since the previous draw didn’t have a grand prize winner, the jackpot this week is close to $300 million.
In case you missed the results for the Feb. 16 draw, they are shown below:
- The White Powerball Numbers were 29-30-41-48-64.
- The Red Powerball Number was 1.
- The Power Play Number was 4x.
As mentioned earlier, no one was announced the grand prize winner after last weekend’s drawing. Nevertheless, two ticket holders in New Jersey and Virginia got all the white Powerball numbers right, so they each won $1 million.
The ticket holder in New Jersey failed to secure and extra $1 million because he or she didn’t play the Power Play option. On the other hand. the Virginia player did and so his or her winnings doubled.
Another player in Michigan also got lucky by getting four white Powerball numbers and the red Powerball number right ($50,000). Not only that, the ticket holder also played the Power Play option, so he or she ended up winning $200,000.
Meanwhile, a total of 744,942 tickets sold prior the Feb. 16 draw won at least $4. Of the figure, 23,314 were sold in Michigan and all of them won at least $4 in the previous drawing.
The next Powerball drawing is scheduled to happen this Wednesday, Feb. 20, at 10:59 p.m. ET. The new jackpot is a staggering $282 million. There is also a one-time cash option worth $171.4 million. Check back on this page for the official results shortly after the draw.
